Across years of working inside and alongside social sector organisations, we watched the same pattern repeat: brilliant leaders with the right values, the right drive, and the wrong support around them.
Ideas stalled at the planning stage. Coalitions fell apart before they gained momentum. Programs launched without the systems to sustain them. Not because the leaders lacked ambition, but because ambition alone doesn't build what needs to be built. So we decided to become the partners we kept wishing existed.
