Partner

Niti brings close to fifteen years of experience across systems change strategy, programme design, organisational advisory, and multi-stakeholder facilitation- working with foundations, NGOs, multilateral agencies, and coalitions across India. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Delhi, an MBA from IBS Hyderabad, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from the Takshashila Institution- a combination that gives her both the analytical depth and the policy fluency to operate across complex, cross-sectoral terrain.

Before co-founding Aline, Niti worked with Socratus Foundation on systems change strategy for scaling natural farming in Andhra Pradesh, and with Fidelity Business Services leading analytical work on organisational effectiveness. She has led ecosystem diagnostics, designed strategic frameworks, and supported organisations through pivotal moments of institutional refresh. A distinctive strength she brings is the ability to architect and facilitate convenings that are grounded in research, participatory in approach, and designed to build authentic alignment among stakeholders rather than mere agreement. She has worked with oragnisations including MacArthur Foundation, GIZ India, Oak Foundation, and Yunus Social Business Fund, Centre for Catalysing Change, Partners for Law in Development, among others.

Niti is the person you want when the stakes are high and the path is unclear. She takes unstructured, complex engagements and builds the scaffolding that makes progress possible, bringing curiosity and a fresh perspective that comes from working across disciplines. Detail-oriented without losing the bigger picture, she holds both the quality of Aline's own work and the client's outcomes to the same high standard. Her drive for excellence is quiet but consistent, and those who work with her will tell you: she raises the bar simply by being in the room.
