Kaushiki Das

Kaushiki Das is an Associate at Aline Partners, where she works across monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), research, and analytical writing. Her role spans the design of MEL frameworks, drafting research reports, and contributing to proposal development - often stepping into diverse tasks that require both critical thinking and a sharp editorial eye.Prior to joining Aline Partners, Kaushiki worked with a private firm that conducted independent third-party assessments and MEL of large-scale corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.She holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Azim Premji University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Jadavpur University: an academic background that informs her interest in the political and social structures underpinning development practice.Outside of work, Kaushiki enjoys cooking for family and friends (especially Mughlai and Bengali cuisine), diving into detective fiction across books, films, and television, and engaging in spirited discussions about how intersectionalities shape the seemingly mundane aspects of daily life.
