Arvind brings over two decades of experience across management consulting, philanthropy, coaching, and organisational development- working at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow, and has since built a career that spans corporate, philanthropic, and development contexts with rare fluency across all three.
Before co-founding Aline, Arvind served as Senior Manager at Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives, where he anchored the organisation-wide strategy refresh and led the development funding thesis for large-scale grants. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Deloitte and PwC, leading strategic planning, due diligence, and evaluation engagements across education, skills development, and e-governance- working with clients including the National Skill Development Corporation and the UK India Education and Research Initiative. He is also a founding director of Socratus Foundation, through which he has explored systems change approaches to local civic action, and has also co-facilitated a postgraduate course on public problem solving at Kautilya School of Public Policy for four years. At Aline, he has co-lead strategy refresh exercises, and is currently designing and delivering the leadership development programme.
Arvind is the kind of person who walks into a complex problem and immediately starts seeing the connections others miss. With experience spanning sustainability, food systems, and organisational learning across corporate, philanthropic, and development contexts, he brings both breadth and precision to every engagement. He is a natural connector- often the first person you turn to when figuring out who belongs in the room. Generous with his thinking, patient in his mentorship, and always nudging those around him to think bigger and act more collaboratively.
