Vaishali is an Associate at Aline Partners, where she works closely with project leads on research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement across a range of social development initiatives. Her role includes contributing to monitoring and evaluation, detailed reporting, and documentation to strengthen strategic decision-making and amplify project impact. Before joining Aline Partners, as a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, Vaishali gained extensive field experience in entrepreneurship development and impact evaluation of skill development schemes, working alongside the District Administration of Barmer, Rajasthan. Vaishali holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from Sri Sathya Sai University. She has also completed a two-year certificate program in Public Policy and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur.Beyond work, she enjoys classical music, crocheting, and has a keen interest in exploring new places and cultures. She is an active sports enthusiast, and is deeply passionate about animal rights and welfare.
